Dear Prospective Raw Food Students, Jackie and Gideon Graff are very professional, dedicated, and accommodating leaders in the raw food movement. Their raw food intensive course was everything that I hoped it would be and was a very good value for the amount of time and training that we each individually received. Jackie's background as a nurse makes her a wonderful resource for information on how the raw food diet interacts with disease and assists the body with its healing process. The Graff's gave innumerable ideas on how to make this lifestyle more manageable with regards to time and money. Keeping inexpensive knives sharp and learning to make one's own nut butters are just a couple of the many examples that they provide. The Graff's also supply their students with an impressive array of knowledge. I already came to the class knowing a fair amount about raw food, and I was able to hone and sharpen my skills, especially in the areas of fermenting and sprouting. This class is also wonderful for an absolute "raw food beginner. The video critique was indispensable to see how other people view us when presenting. I will be teaching a class in August (2010) and have modified my presentation based on this video. In addition, the business approach to raw food that we studied during the course is proving to be an excellent starting ground for my own raw food life and business plans. I am grateful for the opportunity to study with the Graff's and encourage anyone who is interested in the raw food lifestyle to do the same. Sincerely, Lori Robertson
